Wall Removal

Our client had a vision to modernise their property, with several internal alterations proposed. A key element of the renovation was expanding the kitchen by removing an internal wall to create a larger open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

An initial site inspection was undertaken to determine whether the wall was load-bearing and to assess any structural implications. Following a thorough assessment, the wall was confirmed to be non-load bearing. A formal structural report was issued confirming that removal could proceed safely, subject to recommended procedures, enabling the desired open-plan layout with confidence and compliance.
